20 Pain Killers in Your Kitchen

Ginger (add to 1-2 teaspoons daily to diet for general muscle pain)

Apple Cider Vinegar (1tbsp mixed with water before meals for heartburn)

Regarding the coffee ...the reason why it helps Headaches...isn't that it "stimulates the stomach to absorb pain meds better" ..it's because caffeine, which is in coffee, opens up the neurotransmitters in the brain, and the blood vessels, which are constricting and causing the ache. However, if you drink coffee ( or TEA for that matter, which has more caffeine then coffee) regularly and then STOP ....you also will get a headache..it's called caffeine withdrawal!! ...on another note...I take Tumeric daily for pain. ...works wonderfully!!
